Cancel Subscription

At Simply Facility Solutions, doing business as EasyTrackAds, customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard. The cancellation process is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

Upon cancellation, customers will retain full access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation confirmation is sent. All cancellation requests generate a confirmation email, which should be retained for your records.

Account data associated with a canceled subscription may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and auditing purposes. Customers may also request permanent deletion of data, which will be handled in compliance with regulatory requirements. Reactivation of canceled accounts is available at any time by selecting a new subscription plan.
