Subscription Billing Notice:
By placing your monthly recurring order of the Standard Plan ($100/month) or Pro Plan ($149/month), you will be charged the applicable amount now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

By subscribing to and using EasyTrackAds, a service operated by Simply Facility Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and our company, establishing the rights, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to both parties. They are designed to safeguard our customers, preserve the integrity of our platform, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

We provide subscribers with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the EasyTrackAds platform strictly for lawful business purposes. This license does not convey any ownership or intellectual property rights in the software, documentation, or related materials. All intellectual property, including proprietary algorithms, source code, branding, and system architecture, remain the exclusive property of Simply Facility Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reverse engineering is expressly prohibited.

Subscribers are expected to use our services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, the dissemination of spam or malicious code, harassment, exploitation of security vulnerabilities, or interference with the platform’s performance. Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without prior notice. In severe cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies or notify law enforcement authorities.

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle, as specified at the time of purchase, and will continue until canceled. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain accurate and up to date. Failed transactions may result in suspension of service until the issue is resolved. Invoices, billing cycles, and payment histories are accessible through the customer dashboard, and charges are considered final unless disputed within 30 days of billing.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions as our business, technology, or regulatory environment evolves. Any material changes will be communicated in advance via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Customers who do not agree with the revised terms must discontinue use of the platform before the changes take effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Facility Solutions disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability for any claim related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the preceding twelve months.

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold Simply Facility Solutions harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of our platform, violation of these terms, or breach of applicable law. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees and defense costs.
